Bio

As a 31-year veteran of the culinary arts, Chef Eric Floyd has worked in restaurants from Seattle to Los Angeles to Birmingham, Alabama. Chef Floyd draws upon his expertise and artistry in his current position as Executive Chef at the Washington Athletic Club. Asian and Latino cultures heavily influence Chef Floyd and his culinary innovations. In addition, he reflects his team's philosophy to bring sustainable, creative and inspired cuisine to his diners.
