Bio

Chef Nikol Nakamura, pastry chef at Tulalip Resort Casino, has over 25 years of experience under her belt. She spent time at the renowned Herbfarm Restaurant under star chef Jerry Traunfeld and worked as an assistant to Donald Wressell, one of the top American pastry chefs. Her extravagant desserts are popular among casino guests and a staple at the Auction of Washington Wines.
