Bio

Chef Dave Miller II grew up in a family that owned and operated restaurants and started working in the dish pit from a young age. Now the executive chef at Portage Bay Cafe, he has teamed up with Theo Chocolate to create a chocolate-infused menu for Guest Chef Night.
