Bio

A 20-year veteran of the restaurant industry, Darin Gagner has sought out as many different cooking experiences as possible, from working with James Beard award winners to lobster shacks on the coast of Maine. Now a PCC Cooks instructor at PCC Community Markets, he makes restaurant cooking techniques accessible to home cooks.
