Jacob Cafferty Food & Beverage Manager

Jacob oversees all our catering operations – the transportation, the staffing, the wares and the service (to name just a few of his responsibilities).  He has a long history in hospitality and we are so fortunate to have him leading our service team.  Jacob has an amazing superpower to seemingly be present at every event – large or small – at all times – ensuring that everything is going as flawlessly as we have planned.

Nina Valles Catering Sales Associate, Weddings

Nina is our resident expert on wedding celebrations. She is ready to answer your questions regarding our two stunning venues or our full-service catering. Nina's amazing attention to detail, thoughtfulness and great sense of style make her an excellent person on your planning team. She also appreciates the priceless value that good food & good conversation can bring to the celebration; they really make an evening special.


Jeremey Bromberg  Catering Sales Coordinator

Jeremy can answer any questions you have…about anything!  He is our expert in logistics and is here to help you pull all your food, beverage, and event details together.  From floor plans to floral to proposals – Jeremy can assist with it all.



Amanda Pitsch Catering Assistant

Amanda keeps our office and our clients happy. She'll answer the phone when you call, assist with taking any event payments you'd like to make, and she'll help route any questions you have to the right resource. Amanda is thoughtfully detailed and stunningly polite. We know you'll enjoy working with her as much as we do!
