Ana Sainz is the Culinary Advisor to the Consulate of Mexico in Seattle and creates the official menu for diplomatic events. Originally from Mexico City, she is passionate about the richness of Mexican gastronomy which she shares as an instructor at Whisk, Taste Pacifico, and Seattle Central College. Sainz’s culinary background along with her education in finance lead her to create a Food Incubator Educational Program which advises entrepreneurs interested in developing a sustainable business.
