Bio

Chef Matt Janke has been involved with FareStart since the very beginning and originally did Guest Chef Night as the chef/owner of Matt’s in the Market. He opened Lecosho in 2010, when it was named one of Seattle’s best new restaurants. It’s still going strong, featuring European-influenced dishes using local, sustainable ingredients.
