Bio

Chef Franz Junga has been with Il Fornaio since 1996. He traveled across Italy as part of The Il Fornaio Chef’s Tour, which totally immerses chefs in local Italian cuisine and culture in pursuit of authentic Italian preparations and presentations. The Italian Chambers of Commerce in Italy awarded Il Fornaio the “Marchio Q,” the “Mark of Italian Hospitality around the World.”
