Guest Chef Night
Enjoy a three-course gourmet meal prepared by a different guest chef each Thursday, assisted by our students.
Called "Seattle's best food lover's event," Guest Chef Night is one of the city's best values -- for our diners and our students.
Since 1992, it has raised more than $5.5 million to support job training, placement and support for adults who are turning their lives around.

What's for Dinner
Three-course Guest Chef Night meals are $29.95. The price does not include tax, beverage or gratuity. Wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. If you would like a vegetarian option, please let us know when you make your reservation.

Hours and Attire
Seatings every 15 minutes from 5:30 to 8 p.m. except at 7 and 7:15 p.m. That's when we introduce and celebrate the students graduating that week from FareStart's 16-week culinary training. The atmosphere of Guest Chef Night is festive and casual.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal check, cash and FareStart Gift Cards. For parties of 8 or more, we will hold your reservation with a credit card. We ask that you use one form of payment. We apply an 18% service charge, which goes back to supporting youth and adults in our programs.
