Guest Chef Night

Enjoy a three-course gourmet meal prepared by a different guest chef each Thursday, assisted by our students.

Called "Seattle's best food lover's event," Guest Chef Night is one of the city's best values -- for our diners and our students.

Since 1992, it has raised more than $6 million to support job training, placement and support for adults who are turning their lives around.

“Your chefs, students, all the volunteers, and all the staff there are awesome. We all left feeling great about the guest experience and our experience, being able to help and being part of such a great cause. The graduation almost had me in tears, such a wonderful thing that you all do. Thank you so much for letting us be a part of it.” – Bill Ranniger, Duke’s Chowder House executive chef
