Bio

Chef Maximillian Petty is the Chef/Owner of Eden Hill. His culinary style and execution earned him accolades and a reputation for inspired and imaginative cuisine. Flavor, texture and color all come into play in every dish he creates. From his signature Crispy Pig Head Candybar to Lick the Bowl, Maximillian enhances local and seasonal ingredients by applying innovative techniques and pushing culinary boundaries. He has been a semifinalist for the James Beard Rising Star of the Year award in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
