Bio

As Executive Chef, Tyler Hefford-Anderson brings his whimsical style and farm-to-table philosophy to the Columbia Tower Club. Not only does he make dining fun, but he utilizes the bounty of Northwest farms and foragers. He’s the former chef of the Rainier Club, Salish Lodge, Cedarbrook Lodge and Club Cielo at Escala.
