Bio

Chef Brian Cartenuto is a two-time winner of Food Network's "Cutthroat Kitchen" and his resume includes Executive Chef for Anthony Bourdain's Les Halles restaurant.

Chef Derek May grew up in a family of restaurant owners and gained experience in San Francisco Michelin star restaurants AQUA and Sushi Ran before moving to Seattle. He has worked in some of our city's top kitchens, including several Ethan Stowell restaurants.

Cantinetta was voted one of Open Table's best overall restaurants in Seattle for 2017.
